CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Customer can cancel the order within 24 hrs from the date of confirmation of the order.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 24 hrs of delivery, if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We appreciate your business and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can send it back for a full refund or Replacement of the purchase price.

If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on info@Ocean Jewellery, we will pursue the case with the freight forwarders.
Goods intended to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package. Before returning the goods please contact info@Ocean Jewellery for obtaining the return procedure if any.
Damaged goods due to the Buyer’s fault will not be entertained for returns. Before intending to return the goods buyers has to share the products pictures as requested by info@Ocean Jewellery customer support team.
For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings or navel jewelry. Rings ordered to specific sizes are also non-returnable.
Customized products and designs are non returnable.
If the product is of bad quality or not of the shape or design you have ordered then a credit note can be issued of the same amount or the right product can be shipped with your next order. Though the return of goods, credit notes will be at the sole discretion of Ocean Jewellery
When returning goods, it will speed up the process enormously if you remember to include your name/address, and where possible, your order number. Any items returned should not have been used or worn.
Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original documents.
The Security Tag found on some of our items has to be intact.
Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.
Overseas orders are placed at the customer’s or buyer’s risk. Ocean Jewellery will not accept responsibility for overseas orders lost and damaged in transit. So there will be no refund in that case, however Ocean Jewellery will pursue the case with the freight company.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
IN GENERAL WE DON’T ACCEPT ANY RETURN ONCE THE GOODS ARE SHIPPED.
(Please, understand that in India Silver or Gold Jewelry OR GEMSTONES is treated as import parcel and for such parcels custom duty is imposed by the Indian Customs).
WE CAN ACCEPT RETURN ONLY IN FOLLOWING CONDITIONS otherwise no return will be accepted after the shipping of the goods:
IF THE ITEMS RECEIVED BY THE BUYER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY ARE DAMAGED OR ARE IN BROKEN CONDITION !!!! [MUST BE INFORMED IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING THE GOODS] within 24 hours time and customer will lodge WRITTEN complaint to the concerning courier company.
IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT WHICH YOU ORDERED!!! [PLEASE SEND US THE SCANNED IMAGES OF THE GOODS RECEIVED] for REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
WE AT Ocean Jewellery HAVE FULL RIGHTS TO SEND THE ALTERNATIVE ITEM IN STERLING SILVER JEWELRY/COSTUME AND FASHION JEWELRY IF WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE SIMILAR ORDERED DESIGN WHILE SHIPPING. WE WILL REPLACE WITH THE SIMILAR PRICED PRODUCT BUT THIS WOULD BE DONE WITH PRIOR INFORMATION.
ONLY UNDER SPECIAL CONDITION YOU CAN RETURN THE ORDERED GOODS IF YOU ARE READY TO PAY SHIPPING CHARGES +20 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEES OF THE TOTAL ORDER VALUE.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IN INDIA IT IS PROHIBITED TO RE-IMPORT SILVER OR GOLD JEWELRY. IT WILL BE TREATED AS AN IMPORT PARCEL AND [CUSTOMS] CAN IMPOSE DUTY, WHICH THE BUYERS HAS TO BEAR!
All the disputes are subjected to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
